“芝罘智能制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園”項目：都市工業(yè)聚集地，幸福新城最大看點

　　Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Zhifu District: An Urban Place that Gathers Industries, the Biggest Attraction of Xingfu New City

　　芝罘智能制造產(chǎn)業(yè)園是芝罘幸福新城產(chǎn)業(yè)突破的重點方向，是幸福新城“綠色低碳、智能制造、文旅體育”三大主導產(chǎn)業(yè)中智能制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的骨干項目。該項目由北京聯(lián)東集團投資建設，占地面積200畝，總投資15億元，主要以電子信息與智能制造、精密機械等為主導產(chǎn)業(yè)，打造集生產(chǎn)制造、中試成果轉(zhuǎn)化、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)總部和生產(chǎn)配套等功能于一體的都市工業(yè)集聚地。目前項目一期已完成竣工驗收，二期17棟廠房主體封頂。一期項目已經(jīng)20余家企業(yè)簽訂入園協(xié)議，10余家企業(yè)正在洽談。二期建成后，入駐企業(yè)將達120家以上，年產(chǎn)值達到50億元以上。

　　The project is a key direction for Xingfu New City's industrial breakthrough, and it is the backbone project of the Xingfu New City's three dominant industries, which are green low-carbon industry, intelligent manufacturing industry as well as culture, tourism and sports industry. It is invested and built by Liando Group from Beijing, covering an area of 200 acres, with a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB. It mainly focuses on leading industries such as electronic information and intelligent manufacturing as well as precision machinery. The project aims to create an urban place that gathers industries, with functions from production, manufacturing and in-process result transformation, to serving as company headquarters and offering support for production.

　　The first-phase project has completed construction and passed acceptance test, and the main body of the second phase's 17 factories has been topped off. Over 20 enterprises have signed agreements to settle in the industrial park with 10+ enterprises under negotiation. After the completion of the second phase, the number of resident enterprises will exceed 120, with an annual output value of over 5 billion RMB.
